How It Works

1 . A   Customer   Experience   Sensor   (CES) is positioned at the end user 2 . The   CES   manager   instructs   the   CES on   the   tests   to   run,   and   the   national and international destinations 3 . The   CES   runs   these   tests,   and   stores the results on the database 4 . The    Nova QX     portal    is    then    used    to analyse and display the findings 5 . We   can   break   the   end   to   end   journey down    into    the    individual    hops    and analyse performance at each point
